Your Role

As a Junior Cloud Data Engineer (Academy Program) at Capgemini, you will begin your professional journey in Data Engineering through a structured learning and development program designed to build expertise in modern data and cloud technologies.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in data processing, cloud platforms, and data pipeline development while contributing to real business projects. Responsibilities & Scope
- Support the development,



maintenance, and monitoring of data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Work with SQL to perform data extraction, validation, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Assist in cloud-based data engineering tasks using technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technical teams in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions.
- Support data quality initiatives by helping identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Contribute to performance improvement and optimization activities for data processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Learn and apply data engineering best practices, cloud concepts, and modern data technologies.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions as required.
