Position Summary
F5 is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to support our F5 teams in LATAM, Canada and the United States. The adecuado candidate will have experience working across regions with strong proficiency in English and Spanish. This full-time position requires multitasking abilities and a strong commitment to confidentiality. As a HR Operations Analyst at F5 you will work with global teams on high impact programs and be an integral part of our Employee Experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintaining all Mexico based employee documentation/files.
- To assist with New Employee Orientations and assure to have complete personnel files, including the request to sign all legal documents.
- Perform HR/related activities on HRIT tools (Workday & ServiceNow) primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle.
- Assist with document audits which may include urgent requests to scan and send/upload documentation for internal/external audits or per legal/HR Business Partner requirements
- Assist with all employee general inquiries.
- To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP
- To receive/respond to email inquiries and assigned cases
- To perform tasks within the established turnaround time and capable of multitasking on a day to day basis
- Open for new business process changes and adaptability for new systems/technology
- Entering/maintaining data in HCM modules
- Meeting with Ministry of Lab
