**Job Description** About job**
Based on the reporting team, this role is accountable for the execution of all tasks particularly related to audit plan generation, collection instruction configurations and maintenance, resources & assets control.
**Responsibilities**:
- Align with other stakeholders that the production flow activities are completed according to the given timelines.
- Timely report issues with the system, that blocks the regular flow and follow up until solution is applied
- Monitor KPI, create and follow up action plans to achieve desired targets
- Create and maintain CDAR system according to clients request (categories and facts to be audited) and ensure that changes are reflected on auditors devices to ensure proper collection process.
- Generate automated audit plans for auditors in different services, follow up on plan execution and create action plans with Field team to ensure plan compliance
**Qualifications** About you**
Do you have skills to monitor processes and create improvement plans? be part of this team, and develop more skills, monitor KPI'S and automate processes.
**Requirements**:
- College or University degree, preferably in Industrial, Administration.
- +1 year of experience




- Intermediate Excel
- ** Advanced English**:
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
