Sub Function: Digital & Technology - Operations
Type of Contract: Permanent
Lead and guide the work of technical staff; serve as a point of contact for the OpCo. Help determine the IT needs of the OpCo and implement computer systems to fulfill organizational requirements.
Experience & profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technology field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management - Experience with or knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, current equipment and technologies, system performance monitoring, cloud and mobile solutions
- Expertise in managing the implementation, configuration, and testing of solutions - Strong understanding of business and processes
- Experience with define IT strategies and roadmaps
- Proven experience in managing a team

- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
Roles & responsibilities
- Lead the IT team of an OpCo
- Maintain essential IT operations, including management and monitoring of (vendors of) cloud and SAAS solutions in use
- Monitor performance of IT systems and processes to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes that conform to integral guidelines
- Analyze business requirements of IT throughout the OpCo
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
