**Position Responsibilities**
- Set up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices.
- Manage the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions.
**Minimum Requirements**




- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree** preferred.**
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
