The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective decision-making support.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly and annual closings
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Oversee cost accounting and provide visibility into cost drivers and operational performance
Ensure compliance with Mexican GAAP, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements including IMMEX and tax compliance frameworks
Partner with operations teams to drive efficiencies and support strategic decisions
Monitor cash flow and working capital
Strengthen internal controls and support audits (internal and external)
Lead and develop the finance team
This is a hands-on role requiring close involvement with plant operations and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5-7 years of experience in similar roles (Plant Controller / Finance Manager)
Strong experience in cost accounting and financial analysis
Solid knowledge of Mexican GAAP and US GAAP
Proven experience with compliance frameworks such as IMMEX and Tax compliance
Advanced English communication skills
Leadership experience managing finance teams
Hands-on, operational mindset with ability to work closely with plant operations
