About the Job
Responsible for standardizing, implementing &maintainingthe; Enterprise DevOps Toolchain.

Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines & workflows with advanced deployment strategies like blue-green and canary releases.

Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, reduce operational overhead,



and enable intelligent decision-making across the software development lifecycle.

Ensure the deployment framework is seamlessly integrated across all workstreams, adhering to standardized processes and best practices.

Provide ongoing support for production and development environments within a dynamic ecosystem of integrated systems.Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training on DevOps tools and practices.

Develop andmaintaincomprehensive technical documentation and requirements related to DevOps technologies, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

Drive continuous measurement and improvement of developer productivity andexperience through data-driven insights, tooling enhancements, and streamlined engineering workflows.

About You
Candidate shouldpossess7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, andmaintainingCI/CD infrastructure and pipelines using tools such as,,, and.

5+years of experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools to proactivelyidentifybugs, vulnerabilities, and code quality issues.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in administering and managing Artifactory for artifact repository management, package lifecycle governance, dependency management, and CI/CD integrations.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in leveraging AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI solutions to accelerate software development, code generation, troubleshooting, automation, and engineering efficiency.

Strong troubleshooting,analytical,and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication,collaboration,& leadership skills.

UnderstandingSDLC, AgilePractices,& ITIL Frameworks.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;master’sdegree preferred.
