About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to become a dedicated member of the estimating team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong U.S.
construction estimating experience who is eager to combine traditional estimating expertise with cutting-edge AI technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for government, federal, and commercial construction projects while utilizing AI-powered workflows to significantly improve estimating speed and efficiency. You'll work closely with project leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to produce competitive, well-supported bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction estimates for U.S. government, federal, commercial, and public-sector projects.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify project requirements.
- Perform quantity takeoffs using industry-standard estimating software and AI-assisted workflows.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate estimating, data extraction, and project analysis.
