How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Coordinator, Creative Project Management will partner closely with Creative, Production, Editing,



and Content Production teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of audiovisual assets aligned with digital publishing schedules, social media campaigns, premieres, and special events. This role will be responsible for coordinating both pre-production and post-production processes for marketing audiovisual content across the company’s brands and platforms.

The Coordinator, Creative Project Management will be responsible for:
- Executing the production of audiovisual assets and overseeing project plans according to established strategies across Disney+, Studios, Lines of Business (LOBs), Marketing initiatives, and digital platforms.
- Coordinating the production of creative assets, promotional materials, and supporting events, including the development of makelists, graphic toolkits, and the delivery of final materials.
