The Enrollment Coordinator will support future Hult undergraduate students as they explore and apply to our Bachelor’s programs across our global campuses in Boston, London, and Dubai. Based in Mexico City, this role is part of a dynamic international enrollment team focused on creating a personalized, supportive, and engaging experience for students and families throughout the application journey.
This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys working closely with people, understands the importance of clear communication, and is motivated by helping students take the next step in their academic future. The Enrollment Coordinator will play a key role in keeping candidates informed, excited, and supported as they move through the admissions process, while helping the team deliver a high-quality experience across different markets.

This role helps bring that experience to life by supporting candidates and families with timely information, guidance, and encouragement as they consider joining the Hult community.

Responsibilities:
- Support prospective undergraduate students from the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean throughout the application and enrollment process.
- Assist candidates with application next steps, including collecting documents, scheduling interviews or advising calls, and following up in a timely and professional manner.
- Help students and families understand Hult’s Bachelor’s programs, integral campus options in Boston, London, and Dubai, and the overall student experience.
- Support Enrollment Advisors by helping maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospective students.
