The role:
The Senior Manager Information Technology – Data Platforms and Integrations is accountable for platform sustainability, reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency while delivering scalable data engineering services aligned to business functions and enterprise priorities. The role ensures platforms are optimized to support enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities efficiently, while also leading the sustain function so steady-state data assets are continuously monitored, maintained, optimized, and governed for quality, availability, and business continuity. This position is based in Mexico and will partner closely with NUSA business leaders, security, procurement, vendor management, and regional/integral IT stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
As a Senior Manager Information Technology – Data Platforms and Integrations you will:
- Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for NUSA’s data platforms and integrations in accordance and alignment with Globe and Zone direction, enterprise architecture standards, global platform strategies, and long-term business priorities.
- Lead the delivery and operation of scalable data platform capabilities that enable ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage, access, integration, analytics, AI readiness, and data product delivery across the enterprise.
- Ensure seamless integration across upstream data sources and downstream systems, including business applications, analytics platforms, reporting environments, data products, and enterprise services.
- Oversee data engineering services that deliver reusable pipelines, frameworks, standards, and automation aligned to business functions while reducing duplication, technical debt, and delivery friction.
