About the role
As a SIOP Program Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes across Carrier's Residential and Light Commercial businesses. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning tools,
optimize forecasting and supply planning processes, and drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making. Your work will directly support business performance by improving planning accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment between demand and supply.
Key Responsibilities
As a SIOP Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Support strategic initiatives to improve SIOP processes, forecasting capabilities, and planning tools, including AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, communicate project progress, and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Product Introduction/Product Obsolescence (PIPO) plans while aligning demand signals with factory supply planning.
- Analyze planning data, document business processes, and partner with IT teams to define system requirements that enhance SIOP capabilities.
