Your "day to day"

As a Retail Systems & Performance Manager, you will play a key role in connecting retail operations, systems, analytics, and financial performance to drive better business decisions and operational excellence.

You will lead the evolution of retail systems and operational processes while ensuring that retail investments, commercial initiatives, and field execution translate into measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Retail Operations, Finance, Commercial Operations, IT, and Data Analytics,



acting as a key enabler of retail transformation and performance management.

Retail Systems & Transformation
- Lead the continuous improvement of retail systems, processes, and operational capabilities.
- Drive the deployment, adoption, and optimization of retail technologies and system enhancements.
- Act as the business owner for retail system initiatives, partnering with local and integral stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Translate business challenges into technology-enabled improvements that enhance efficiency, execution, and customer experience.
- Support future system migrations, digitalization initiatives, automation projects, and AI-driven opportunities.

Business Performance & Financial Governance
- Own and monitor Retail Operations budgets, governance processes, and performance frameworks.
