At CORE, we are looking for a **Business Unit Manager** responsible for leading production programs, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and teamwork.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure production goals are achieved on time and with the required quality.
- Manage human and material resources effectively.
- Lead daily production walks, review compliance, and implement catch-up plans.
- Guarantee cost control and profitability of the business unit.
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure KPI compliance (productivity, scrap, attainment, inventory, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and support the implementation of company policies and goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
- Supervise, motivate,



and develop the team while identifying training needs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish).
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and cost analysis.
