**Main Functions**:
- Understand customer needs and expectations, developing and implementing process controls to ensure compliance.
- Lead and promote a culture focused on Quality throughout the organization.
- Establish strong quality process links with customers in line with the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015).
- Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- Ensure the quality of plastic parts in injection molding processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within all areas of responsibility, fostering a “Quality at the Source” mindset and problem-solving methodologies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement best practices in quality strategies, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and preferably IATF 16949.
- Supervise internal and external audits related to plastic injection processes.
- Respond to customer complaints through containment actions, root cause analysis, error-proofing (poka-yoke), and corrective/ preventive actions.
- Manage the Quality team and monitor supplier performance in coordination with the Purchasing department.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all areas of responsibility.
- Provide training to staff on quality systems, processes, and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- ** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within plastic injection molding companies.**
- Strong background in implementation and auditing of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and preferably IATF 16949.
- Advanced English proficiency
