**Senior Project Engineer
- Multisite**
- **Responsible for managing, developing, and implementing CapEx, Opex, and process improvement projects.**_
**Essential Functions**
- Lead and coordinate engineering projects for the plant.
- Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, corporate standards, and specifications.
- Technical development, scheduling, and budgeting of engineering projects.
- Control and management of **CapEx** and **Opex** budgets.
- Evaluation of new projects and feasibility assessment.
- Ensure project management to minimize risks.
- Implementation of **continuous improvement** initiatives, process optimization, and operational cost reduction.
- Lead **process improvement projects**, focusing on efficiency, automation, and lean manufacturing.
- Develop and implement **process standardization** to enhance operational effectiveness.
**Competencies**
- Experience in **high-speed assembly**, **manufacturing**, or **food industry** (preferably more than one area).
- Prior experience creating budgets and managing **CapEx**, **Opex**, and **process improvement** projects.

**Education**
- **Required**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.
- **Preferred**:_
- Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
