Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Systems Analyst_ located in Guadalajara, _North Campus._
- Reporting to the _IT Operations Manager, _the _Business Systems Analyst_ _role, will be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research, working with stakeholders, and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent._
Responsibilities:
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
- In charge of providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective, to provide consultation to users related to automated systems
- Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of the site business/customers' requirements.




- Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise their correct implementation to meet the site's business/customers’ requirements.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:
- _ Functional knowledge, an education background in Systems or industrial engineering, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required._
- _ Typically requires 6- 8 years of related experience._
- _ Demonstrates advanced functional, technical, and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates advanced skills in a functional/ technical area._
- _ Good understanding of systems and functionalities in place._
- _ Fluent English Level._
- _ Previous experience in Baan/LN Logistics & Distribution area._
- _ Process good functional Knowledge in ERP logistics & Distribution modules with expertise in Procurement, Manufacturing, & Planning._
- _ Availability to travel 60-70% (MX, USA, etc)_.
