IT Intern
**We offer**:
- Provide **onsite technical support**for factory floor systems, including PCs, HMIs, printers, scanners, and industrial devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to **network connectivity**, hardware failures, and software malfunctions.
- Maintain and monitor **production-critical systems**, including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP terminals, and barcode systems.
- Support **Windows-based environments**, Active Directory, and user account provisioning.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure **IT compliance**with safety and production standards.
- Perform **routine maintenance**and updates on factory IT assets, including firmware and software patches.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset changes in the **ITSM system**(e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Assist with **IT onboarding**for factory personnel and provide training on basic tech tools.
- Participate in **disaster recovery planning**, backup procedures, and system audits.
- Escalate complex issues to regional or corporate IT teams when needed.
