**About the Role**
An Ofsted-rated Good college in Derbyshire is seeking a **Teacher of Housing**to support adult learners enrolled in professional qualifications, such as the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing. Working within a collaborative and well-established curriculum team, you'll deliver teaching across FE and HE (up to Level 5), with learners who are already employed in housing-related roles.

**About You**
We re looking for a professional with:
- A **Level 4 Certificate in Housing** or **Level 5 Diploma in Housing (essential)**:




- A teaching qualification and an assessing qualification (desirable)
- Experience working in a housing organisation at officer level or above (e.g. local authority, housing association, homelessness service, sheltered housing) (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
