**The day to day**




- Teach and support apprentices in practical workshops and classroom lessons
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials
- Act as a role model and mentor, guiding apprentices in their training and development
- Provide pastoral support to ensure learners thrive both technically and personally
**Do you have the essential experience?**
- Recent hands-on experience as a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, or Bus & Coach)
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Service & Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Experience mentoring apprentices, providing onsite training, or coaching others
- A genuine desire to inspire young learners and build a long-term career in teaching
