**Teaching Assistant (SEN School) - Manchester**
**Full-time, 35 hours per week**
**16.20 per hour**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Teaching Assistant** to join our vibrant **Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Manchester**. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of complex needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
The Role
Provide classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs.
- Assist the teacher with delivering engaging, accessible lessons.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using **Team-Teach strategies** (full training provided).
- Support pupils with personal care and daily routines where required.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
About You
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has **experience in SEN schools or care settings** (essential).
- Is patient, resilient and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.




- Can work effectively as part of a team, as well as use initiative.
- Is reliable, versátil and committed to making a difference in young people's lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
