Are you passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a primary school setting?
**Academics Ltd** is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated **ALN Teaching Assistants** to work in **primary schools across Cardiff**. We are an established and respected education recruitment agency working with a wide range of schools throughout South Wales.
About the Role:




Support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis with ALN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning strategies.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the educational and social development of pupils, encouraging engagement and independence.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or ALN settings
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is desirable but not essential.
