**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **strategic and creative leader** to join our team as **SV JPM**. This role combines **planning, creative team management, performance analysis, and strategic vision** to incubate and scale content with high viral potential. **What Youll Do**:
- Lead the incubation and growth of **new accounts from scratch**, driving both audience development and GMV performance.
- Design and execute **strategic and creative content plans** in collaboration with content creators.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, retention, engagement, CTR, etc.) and turn them into **clear, actionable strategies**.
- Ensure **on-time, high-quality deliverables** aligned with goals.
- Stay ahead of trends to **spot viral opportunities** that boost growth and performance.
- Own **SEO-driven copywriting** with engaging hooks and tailored content.
- Deliver **strategic performance reports** to guide optimization and decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- **
Bachelors degree** in Communication, Digital Media, or Production.
- Experience in **content/creative agencies, startups,



or brand teams** managing commercial social media accounts in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing creative teams or working with creators.
- Strong ability to **analyze performance metrics** and **propose effective copy/viral storytelling**.
- **
Advanced English proficiency** (spoken & written).
- Knowledge of **TikTok ecosystem** (content strategy, follower growth, audience trends, algorithm).
- Tools**:CapCut, Excel, Word** (basic proficiency).
