Main skills
- 5-6 years of experience in data engineering/warehousing.
- Expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, dbt, Fivetran.
- Hands-on with structured/semi-structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, Delta).




- Strong experience with Python and integrating APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern data platforms (BigQuery, Databricks).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Additional skills
- Experience with NRT data ingestion (streaming, micro-batch).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related).
- Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub streaming services. Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver pipelines using SSIS, SQL Server, dbt, Fivetran, and Python.
- Ingest and transform high-volume datasets in CSV, JSON, XML, and similar formats.
- Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tooling for data deployments.
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver trusted data for BI, analytics, and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and review code for quality and scalability.
- Contribute & drive adoption of AI in SDLC, cloud and evaluation of BigQuery, Databricks, or similar platforms.
