**Responsibilities**:
- Seguir las alertas de calidad cuando se tengan
- Realizar los cambios de modelo dentro de los tiempos establecidos, sino se cumple,



informar de inmediato al líder o supervisor.
- Seguir el método de cada producto de forma tal que se logren las metas de productividad por hora.
- En caso de accidentes o incidentes reportar de inmediato al responsable de seguridad.
- Generar Open Eyes para condiciones inseguras y Coaching para actos inseguros.
- Segregar el producto no conforme de acuerdo a los contenderos de scrap de ingeniería y de scrap de proceso.
**Qualifications**:
- Secundaria
- Al menos 12 meses de experiência como operador
- Trabajo en equipo
