Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the strategic planning and goal-setting for existing extended learning programs such as Robotics, Language Institute, WPA, and Co-curricular Sports.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new programs both within and external to the ASFG community




- Help prepare feasibility studies for potential new program ideas, assessing their viability and alignment with department goals.
- Support the promotion of new programs through various channels, including direct and digital marketing efforts.
- Assist with marketing plans, budget sheets, and program curricula.
- Keep records of discussions and decisions from meetings to ensure accountability and follow-up
- Manage administrative paperwork, including processing work orders and purchase orders, and coordinate the scheduling of meetings and events to ensure operational efficiency and timely execution of tasks.
- Facilitate all aspects of communication, logistics, and operations within the department to ensure efficient program execution and participant satisfaction
