You will be joining one of our most strategic initiatives to build a cloud-based software-as-a-service unified security solution supporting access control, video, and monitoring capabilities. As Team Leader, you will guide a cross-functional engineering team working in a continuous delivery environment, ensuring the successful delivery of features that directly impact our customers daily.
You will be responsible for team coordination, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation. This position requires balancing technical expertise in video and security domains with people management, project oversight,
and strategic planning. The adecuado candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and the technical depth to guide decisions on streaming architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional delivery team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery schedules to ensure timely feature releases
- Lead the architectural design and definition of scalable video streaming subsystems, utilizing WebRTC and HLS to build robust real-time monitoring capabilities.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product management, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
