Team Overview
The Sales Operations team partners with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Sales Leadership, and Finance to drive data-driven decision-making and support sustainable revenue growth. The team is responsible for pipeline governance, forecast accuracy, reporting excellence, and commercial insights that help leadership proactively manage business performance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Partner with the CRO, Sales Leadership, and Finance teams to define, govern, and continuously improve pipeline structure, sales stages, and forecasting methodologies.
- Lead the development, consolidation, and analysis of weekly and monthly forecasts, providing strategic insights and scenario-based recommendations.
- Translate sales targets and financial objectives into operational metrics, dashboards,



and management insights that enable proactive business steering.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and discipline within Salesforce, driving pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
- Provide leadership with forward-looking insights to anticipate risks, optimize performance, and support sustainable revenue growth.
- Guide and mentor analysts, establishing standards and best practices for insight generation and reporting.
- Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders by leveraging Salesforce and other systems to identify recurring issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives focused on sales operations, forecasting, reporting, and commercial effectiveness.
