What will you do as an Instructional Designer at Sealed Air?
As an Instructional Designer at Sealed Air, you will design, develop,
and maintain high-quality learning experiences for a global workforce of approximately 16,000 employees across corporate, functional, technical, and manufacturing environments. You will bring learning to life across multiple formats, from microlearning and full eLearning courses to SharePoint learning hubs, playbooks, job aids, and performance support tools. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where precision, visual quality, brand consistency, and learner experience matter. You will also integrate AI into your everyday design workflow to accelerate content creation while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality. Working with stakeholders across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, you will create learning solutions designed for a truly global audience.
