What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals to identify talent.
- Conduct interviews via phone and Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate final interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate trackers and weekly reports.
- Collaborate with international hiring teams to meet global recruitment goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in call centers posittions.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
