In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining inventory levels across our distribution centers in Mexico—ensuring customer needs are met at the right cost while minimizing obsolescence. You’ll conduct system analyses to identify savings in transportation and storage, provide visibility to internal clients (Order Management and Operations), and ensure alignment with cost targets. This position is based in Queretaro.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Inventory Analysisand Replenishment**: Conduct daily stock reviews and schedule finished goods replenishment across distribution centers and transfer points.
**Costand Obsolescence Control**: Monitor shipping costs and manage obsolete inventory to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
**Operational Visibility and Coordination**: Provide internal teams with inventory level visibility, availability dates for missing SKUs, and participate in daily DMS meetings to support planning decisions.
**Productionand Logistics Alignment**: Validate weekly production plans from Queretaro and Toluca plants to coordinate direct shipments based on finished goods stock analysis.
**Time-Sensitive Execution and Leadership**: Deliver results within strict deadlines, lead cross-functional collaboration, and proactively propose effective solutions.
We’re Looking for Someone With
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree
**Experience**: 2+ years in similar roles
**Problem-Solving**: Analytical mindset with solution-oriented approach.
**Digital Skills**: Power BI, Power Apps, Advanced Excel (macros).
Fluent in English
