**Your role and responsibilities**
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power business in Apodaca Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the project team allocated to the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
**Qualifications for the role**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in project management in electromechanical construction or industrials projects.
- Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK concepts.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Exce and different automation software tools. (PowerBi Desirable)
- Customer care, automation, and improvement of current processes and ability to interface and build strong relationships with customers and management.
- Advanced English required for the role.
