We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations & Multimedia Delivery to lead the operational delivery of multimedia marketing initiatives for a major enterprise client. This role requires strong project management expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, post-production, and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multimedia projects, ensuring milestones and timelines remain on track.

Workflow Optimization: Redesign intake processes, improve efficiency, and standardize governance and documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of collaboration between creative services, production, agencies, vendors, and business owners.

Capacity & Resource Management: Monitor team capacity, track resource utilization, and forecast demand.

Operational Excellence: Implement scalable frameworks, delivery playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs such as throughput, production volumes, SLA performance, and efficiency metrics.

Quality Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet briefs, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards.

Must-have Skills

7+ years of experience in project or program management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

English level: B2 Advanced or C1.
