As the Senior Manager, Technical Operations North Zone (Mexico), LATAM you will provide strategic technical leadership across E2E supply chain and Quality / Food Safety programs and requirements for one of Coca-Cola’s most dynamic and complex regional networks. You will drive operational excellence, champion collaborative partnerships with bottling partners, and spearhead initiatives designed to maximize efficiency, reliability, quality and food safety requirements and cost-effectiveness in all bottler’s operations. Potential travel throughout the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
Deliver strategic and technical guidance to bottling partners and internal teams, supporting all Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TI≻) functions to achieve business objectives.
- Support and assure that the assigned Bottlers and bottling plants in the execution of Quality, Food Safety and Environmental initiatives and programs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve day-to-day supply chain activities and Quality and Food Safety practices, in line with best practices and company objectives.
- Integrated Supply Chain Planning: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to schedules and operational procedures; guarantee that supply chain activities are closely integrated with commercial, finance, and manufacturing.
- Supplier and Vendor Management: Establish and manage senior relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure resilient, high-performance supply chains.
