Pacvue is establishing a local presence in Mexico, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. About the Role:
The Technical Onboarding Role plays a crucial part in a client's journey with Pacvue. They sit in the early stages of the post-sales journey where first impressions of Pacvue can impact downstream retention goals. The goal of the Technical Onboarding Role is to help clients navigate complex technical integrations and ensure a smooth handoff to downstream internal teams.
The successful candidate will be comfortable interpreting technical onboarding documentation and excel at guiding clients through the technical onboarding journey.
Responsibilities:
Integration & Technical Setup
- Support data integration processes for retail media advertising platforms Pacvue supports, applying established procedures and escalating novel issues to senior team members.
- Client point of contact for data backfill tasks. QA data files to ensure compliance with process requirements and coordinate with internal teams to upload into Pacvue.
- Troubleshoot common integration failures and data discrepancies using documented troubleshooting steps, escalating more complex or undocumented issues as needed.
Client Onboarding & Enablement
- Support the technical onboarding of new clients (brands and agencies) under guidance from senior team members, helping track progress toward onboarding SLA goals.
