Job Summary
The Senior Engineering Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of capital and engineering projects at the Naucalpan Plant. This role is responsible for managing project scope, investment, timelines, engineering resources,



contractors, suppliers, and internal controls while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to established engineering standards.
The individual will also lead a team of approximately two to three Project Managers, providing direction, coaching, and technical oversight across multiple initiatives. Success in this position requires strong project management expertise, an engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a highly organized and control-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of capital and engineering projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables from initial concept through implementation.
