Description
Responsible for third-party connectivity across the Distribution ecosystem (e.g., OTAs, travel agencies, GDSs), including partner engagement, onboarding, and integration into IHG connectivity platforms and systems. This role is responsible for the day-to-day connectivity work required to keep integrations operating effectively—connectivity operations, maintenance, enhancements, and coordination of incident/issue resolution with Technology and other stakeholders. The role coordinates among connectivity product managers, software developers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to define requirements, align on approach, and drive delivery. They guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across distribution team members, and support cross-functional product teams. The Manager, Integrations Solutions will also activate the roadmap, ultimately managing execution of defined connectivity initiatives across the lifecycle to ensure ownership of the roadmap is clear. They are skilled and experienced in process efficiency, scalability,
onboarding throughput, and operational excellence to help demonstrate the innovative ideas ideal for the role and must exhibit the ability to lead Product Managers and/or lead teams of Product Managers.
This role requires a strong people leader with proven experience managing Product Managers and leading cross functional teams within hospitality or travel technology environments.
