As the Americas Credit Management Team Lead, will be responsible for overseeing and leading the credit management team within the Americas Region (US,CAN, Mexico). You will lead a team of credit professionals, managing the credit review process, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and continuously monitoring customer credit profiles. This role requires a deep understanding of the regional customer base across Americas, identifying key market and industry trends to help assess risk effectively. In addition to credit reviews, this role also entails analyzing financial statements, evaluating payment behavior, and making data-driven decisions on credit limits & payment terms.



They will also manage complex customer accounts and reduce the likelihood of bad debt by implementing proactive measures to mitigate financial risk, including close coordination with Sales and Finance teams to support overall revenue growth while maintaining financial stability.

About the Job
Credit Reviews & Financial Analysis:
- Lead the process of reviewing and assessing customer creditworthiness, including the evaluation of credit reports, financial statements, and payment history
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to determine the credit limits, terms, and conditions for customers based on their financial health and risk profile
