Role Overview:
The Production Planner main objective is developing tactical plans based on the administration of customer requirements as well as the global definition of product generation and other activities to best satisfy current sales levels, establishing programs of production. for each work center, meeting the general objectives of sales, inventory availability, productivity, competitive delivery times and others as expressed in the general business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage production programs according to customer requirements, analyzing and informing business unit management of restrictions that put on-time delivery at risk
- Monitor the execution and compliance of the program on a daily basis. Informs and brings together the corresponding teams so that the necessary actions can be taken if they are not complying with the production program, seeking the pertinent actions to comply with the program
