Your Role
As an AI Coach/Architect at PALO IT, you will play a critical role in guiding teams through the transformative journey of AI-first development. Leveraging your extensive experience,
you will shape technical visions and lead architectural designs that empower product teams to harness the power of AI in their solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Develop architectural frameworks that utilize AI technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in all client projects.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on AI best practices and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver robust, AI-augmented product features, thereby enhancing user experiences.
- Utilize Claude Code, GitHub (with PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects to facilitate streamlined development processes and project management strategies.
