Job Description
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director, as Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter), you'll play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent to drive Jellyfish’s growth and success. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effective and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on where we are in the recruitment process and highlighting any blockers and challenges.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive experience for all candidates through effective and timely communications, giving them an accurate understanding of Jellyfish and the opportunity they have
