What You Will Do:
- Works under minimum supervision to provide support to manufacturing area on a variety of engineering tasks
- Performs complex technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects
- Analyzes workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Perform scrap and rework analysis, including data review, root cause identification, and implementation of standardized procedures.
- Participate in tooling design using SolidWorks, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and alignment with engineering requirements.
- Problem solving to enable production flow
- Support to production line
- Follow up on process improvements
- Provide engineering support for production operations, including process support, troubleshooting, machine setup and root cause analysis within the machining business unit
- May requires travel to the U.S. occasionally
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a university degree in a related field and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience in related field.
