Description
This role is specifically focused on the administration, execution, and oversight of secured funding facilities, including the end-to-end management of securitization programs, funding drawdowns (Top Ups), portfolio transfers, preparation and coordination of legal documentation, execution of funding requirements, derivative transactions associated with funding activities, investor reporting, covenant and trigger monitoring, and facility renewals. The position is also responsible for providing servicing reports to Investors, Rating Agencies, Common Representatives, and Financial Institutions that provide funding through committed securitized borrowing facilities, supporting rating reviews and annual renewals, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and coordinating activities required to ensure the ongoing availability and effectiveness of secured funding programs. Additionally, the role supports debt utilization planning, funding capacity analysis, and cost of funds forecasting in close collaboration with FP&A;, Pricing, Accounting, Risk, and other business areas.





Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, monitoring, and renewal of secured funding facilities.
- Supervise and review monthly funding drawdowns (Top Ups) for secured facilities, including the preparation and execution of contract letters, funding instructions, assignment agreements, reports, and other transaction-related supporting documentation.
- Determine facility utilization strategies and coordinate funding requests with financial institutions based on business funding requirements.
- Review, interpret, and coordinate legal documentation related to secured funding facilities, debt transactions, facility amendments, and renewals.
- Monitor compliance with trust agreements, servicing requirements, triggers, covenants, and other contractual obligations under securitized borrowing facilities.
