**Job Title**: Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor

**Summary of position**:
Responsible for coordinating all warehouse and logistics operations in the La Laguna area. Ensures accurate receipt, storage, and delivery of products to customers and distributors, maintaining inventory control, documentation, and timely service in coordination with the Querétaro operations team and the local Technical Sales Representative.
**Main responsibilities of the position**:
- Oversee product reception, inspection, storage, and shipment.




- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical counts.
- Coordinate transport and select reliable shipping services.
- Ensure timely, documented deliveries to customers and distributors.
- Manage invoices, reports, and warehouse documentation.
- Report any product loss, damage, or risk of expiration.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and transport providers.

**Education / experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
- Knowledge of inventory control and import processes.
- Experience in the agricultural or animal nutrition sector is a plus.

- Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with ERP tools and logistics planning.
