This role
The Compensation and People Ops Partner is responsible for people operations data analysis and reporting, with a specific focus on the compensation function.
Responsiblities
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Assist in the development, implementation,
and administration of a data-driven total rewards and compensation structure, including compensation philosophy, market-competitive benchmarking, and analysis, as well as benefits and other employee perks that attract and retain high caliber talent while managing internal equity.
Manage the bi-annual compensation adjustment cycle, including benchmarking for the merit/promotion budget, implementation and oversight of the compensation adjustment process including associated communication/training, and pay equity analyses.
Implement tools that further automate and streamline compensation processes and decisions.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to compensation and HR analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
