Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and execute the site's Occupational Health strategy and annual health programs to support employee well-being and business objectives.
- Serve as the site’s health authority and ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, labor, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate occupational medical evaluations, including pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and exit assessments.
- Develop and promote wellness initiatives focused on prevention, ergonomics, vaccination, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
- Support workplace injury and illness prevention efforts through health surveillance, risk assessments, and collaboration with EHS and operational teams.
- Provide primary medical care, emergency response, and first-aid support when needed.
- Manage occupational health records, medical data, and reporting processes while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations that enable employee success.




- Analyze occupational health trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workplace safety and employee well-being.
