What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher for written and verbal communication in English.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and user story writing.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
- SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Ability to work independently on assigned areas while taking direction on standards from a Lead BA.

Nice to Have:
- CBAP certification or equivalent.
- Technical background or familiarity with software architecture.
- SaaS product experience.
- Background in transportation, logistics, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with NEMT/paratransit workflows or healthcare compliance (HIPAA).
- Process modeling (BPMN, UML).
