Position Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma, Technical Degree, or Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Quality, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with incoming, in-process, and final inspections preferred.
- Experience in metal fabrication, refrigeration, appliance, automotive, or similar industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of basic quality inspection techniques and sampling methods.
- Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, tape measures, and other inspection tools.
- Basic understanding of quality concepts such as Control Plans, SPC, and traceability.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
