As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening our distributor network, and expanding our market presence across Northern Mexico.

Main responsibilities:




- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve annual sales objectives across the assigned territory.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Build, develop, and strengthen relationships with distributors, providing ongoing support, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and develop new distributors and market opportunities aligned with business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Credit & Collections, and Logistics to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Support pricing strategies and commercial initiatives to maximize business results.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to distributors and end users.
- Monitor sales performance, project pipelines, and commercial activities using CRM and business tools.
