What We're Looking For:
As a Customer Order Specialist, you will be a key player in our Order Experience (OEX) organization, responsible for all aspects of customer care related to the quote-to-order process. You will ensure the accurate entry of purchase orders and service contracts,



acting as a subject matter expert for our customers and internal teams. Your role is crucial for delivering a positive ordering and invoicing experience to our customers and partners.Responsibilities
- Drive the accurate entry of new product and/or service contract order data, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, managing complex contracts with variable billing or consolidation requirements.
- Achieve or exceed all departmental metrics through strong organization, prioritization skills, and personal responsibility.
- Provide timely price quotas and ensure proper recording and tracking of all assigned orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries regarding order status, invoicing, product availability, or quality issues.
- Collaborate with management and demonstrate strong teamwork to address and resolve complex issues.
